The gym is perhaps one of the best places where you can focus entirely on making your body look better and it is also the haven for bodybuilders who need to make a physique composed mostly of muscles rather than fat. Instead, if there is someone at the gym, whose body you really admire, you can always set their body as a goal you would like to achieve yourself!
