How come I can’t lose weight?  If this sounds like you, you’re not the only one.  Though you might have tried a number of diets and exercise plans, you might still find that you’re saying, ‘I can’t lose weight.’  It’s frustrating and it might cause you to go off your diet plan, causing you to gain back the weight you’ve lost and then feel even worse. Instead of shouting, “I can’t lose weight,” it’s time for a new attitude.  You can lose the weight if you try to change the way you approach your next diet.

I Want to Lose the Weight, But I Can’t

If this sounds like you, you need to start by thinking about what you are willing to do to lose weight.  You will need to eat less and to exercise more, which can be challenging when you’re busy.  Instead of saying, “I can’t lose weight,” try looking for diet plans and diet pills that can support your weight loss problems.  For example, if you have troubles with controlling your appetite, try to find a diet pill that can help you.  Many diet pills are designed to help you during the hours when you might be most likely to snack on something that isn’t on your diet.  You can also take some diet pills during times of weakness, so it can help to have those available.

I Work Out, But Can’t Lose Weight

When you already exercise, and you can’t lose weight, you might want to look at your diet for clues as to your problem with losing weight.  In many cases, you might be eating more because you believe that exercise will cancel out the extra calories, but this is not the case.  If you’re saying, “I can’t lose weight,” start keeping track of everything you put into your mouth and then count up the calories.  To lose weight, women need to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day, while men can eat between 1500 and 1800 calories per day.  If you find you’re eating more than these recommended numbers, it might be the cause of your weight gain.

“I can’t lose weight” is not the right attitude to have.  You need to believe in yourself if you want to lose weight.  It will help you stay on track with your diet and exercise plan, while also helping you feel great about the progress you have made.  All you need to do is to remind yourself that every healthy thing you do is adding up to weight loss, even if it’s not a lot at first.

If you say, “I can’t lose weight,” stop and think about what you’re doing to support your weight loss efforts.  Instead of telling yourself that you’re going to fail, stick to your plan and reward yourself when you succeed on the scale.  It takes time, but with the right plan and the right diet pill, you will reach all of your weight loss goals.
