I began taking Liporidex July 23, 2009.  I have struggled with weight all my life, yo yo’ing up and down trying all kinds of weight loss programs.  When I devoted real effort to diet and exercise I was always pretty successful.  The past 4 to 5 years I have struggled terribly.  I would commit myself 100%, do my workouts eat right and could not get the results I use to in the past.  I turned 50 this year and became very discouraged with my weight and appearance. I felt I was doomed to stay fat and frumpy and that this was just part of getting older and premenopausal.  I never slept well sometimes only 3 to 4 hrs a night and because I was dragging I dreaded coming home from work to my evening chores.  I had turned into a depressed slug.  I heard about Liporidex from a friend at work.  At first I ignored the positive hype figuring it was another one of those weight loss scams the ones that pep you up and made you jittery.  I wanted to lose weight but not that way.  My friend swore it didn’t make you jittery and it was made of natural ingredients and vitamins.   I decided I should at least check it out.  I did my own research, read about all the ingredients and found out my friend was right.  I decided to try Liporidex and I have to say it’s changed everything for me.  I know I sound like everyone else promising the world but I only want to tell you how it worked for me and maybe it will be just what others are waiting for.  The first day or so I noticed I wasn’t as tired and sluggish as I usually was.  No jitters!  By day 3 and four I noticed I felt better all around.  I had a bounce in my step, more energy, and I didn’t need my daily coffee to cure my 3:00 slump at work.  As time went on I also became aware of how clear and focused I was.  Before starting the Liporidex when doing my same old mundane after noon work at my desk my mind wound wonder and I would have to really concentrate to get myself back on task.  Now I was focused, clear, and cranking out the work.  When I got off work I didn’t go home and sit on the couch and have to force myself to get up and make dinner for my family.  I had all kinds of energy.  This led to exercise every night, and I mean pumped up exercise.  I couldn’t wait to do.  I sleep like a baby and my quality of sleep is deep and sound.  The most exciting change for me was the scale.  In the past several years when I worked so hard killing myself exercising with no results was no longer the case.  At first just a couple of pounds, then many more, and the most excising thing is my weight loss has become consistent it’s so nice to see results for all your hard work.  Some weeks slower than others but it still comes off.  I’ve lost 26 pounds now and plan on losing 20 more.  The one thing I’ve learned and can’t share enough with everyone is my whole way of thinking and feeling has changed.  This is a life change for me it has to be.  I feel better than I have in years because of the overall strength and energy I have due to the Liporidex.  To feel overall health results the way I do is something I want for life why would I go back to feeling like I did.  I have an 11-year-old daughter and plan on keeping up with her for a very long time and look forward to the days when I can keep up with my grandchildren. I just wanted to throw this in for  the ladies who may have experienced what I have.  “My hot flashes are gone.”  Another benefit due to increased muscle tone from exercise the bladder control issue is gone, no more worrying about coughing or sneezing.  My cholesterol was reduced and no more depression.  I have to say thanks to Liporidex I’m a very happy gal.
